HOW TO ORDER FROM HERALDICA IMPORTS
You may place your order with us via e-mail, but you may need to further communicate
with us via fax or phone to make sure we have every detail about your order. Our
jewelry is not an off the shelf product, it is completely made to order! This is
why we do not have a shopping cart on our web site!

When sending your order we will need the following:
- Your name
- address
- daytime phone #
Payment information.
- You may prepay with a Check or Money Order, or may pay with Visa, MasterCard, or
American Express.
- For credit card orders, we will not charge your card until your order is ready to
be shipped. NOTE: Never e-mail your credit card information. E-mail is not a secure
medium. Please send it by fax, or phone us with the information.
What are you ordering?
- The number of the item you want
- What metal (14k, 18k, Sterling Silver, etc.)
- What kind of stone (if applicable)
- What finger size? (if applicable)
- What shall we engrave? A Monogram? A Crest? Some other emblem or logo?
If we are engraving a crest:
- Are you sending a copy of it,
- or should we use one from our Armorial General,
- or should we research the name?
- Remember it is extremely important that if you have a copy of your crest, you must
send us a copy of it! Please do not send large framed pictures. Instead send a photo
or photocopy of the item. You may also e-mail a picture to us. If you have an existing
ring, and a flatbed scanner, you can also use that to make a picture that can be
e-mailed!
- Shall we engrave in reverse for sealing, or as a positive? We always engrave as
a positive unless specifically requested that the engraving be done in reverse for
sealing!
If we are engraving a monogram:
- Do you want raised or script?
- What is the order you want the initials in?
